**We are looking for an Entry Level Production Supervisor. This position will be based at our new facility in Fort Worth, TX.**
**You’ll make an impact by:**
+ Playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations while also contributing to administrative tasks such as documentation, communication, and coordination.
+ Supervise and lead – employee training, training records, and timesheet management for hourly employees in production line.
+ Coordinate the process for reordering non-conformant part and engineering changes (communication, tracking, escalation, and resolution) while supporting initiative to reduce production errors, enhance product quality, increase overall productivity, and ensure accurate usage of SAP/MES systems by hourly employees.
+ Improve safety protocols, support continuous improvement projects (performance measurement and documentation of manufacturing processes), assist in digitalization efforts (implementing tools such as Digital Work Instructions, Operator Displays, and Performance/Status Dashboards).
+ Maintain a positive working relationship with the local union by adhering to the collective bargaining agreement, provide on floor support to production supervision as needed and assist in communication between Manufacturing and Engineering Teams.

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Associate degree (recent graduates encouraged) or High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of successful experience in an Assembly/Manufacturing or related field.
+ Mechanical and hand tool proficiency with experience.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
+ Ability to interpret or learn to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
+ Lean manufacturing techniques.
+ SAP knowledge
