**Equipment Valuation Specialist** (Appraisal Specialist).

The Equipment Valuation Specialist is located in Malvern PA and this can be a remote opportunity for a qualified self- starter!
You will be responsible for evaluating equipment assets, serve as a lead contact on specific vendor programs and work with the team to engage other third-party appraisals.
In addition, you will:
+ Conduct equipment evaluations for new business and workout scenarios across sectors such as Construction, Transportation, Machine Tool, Material Handling, Automation, Food Packaging, and Healthcare to determine accurate collateral and residual values.
+ Support Sales in developing and maintaining local and international Vendor Programs.
+ Monitor targeted industries to identify trends affecting equipment values, marketability, and customer behavior.
+ Perform annual collateral and residual value reviews for assigned industries.
+ Contribute to the development and execution of the Local Asset Strategy.
+ Assist in the repossession and remarketing of industrial, medical, and other equipment types.
+ Monitor and report Trigger Events, impairments, write-downs, and inventory activity to ensure compliance.
+ Drive automation and continuous process improvement by streamlining workflows, eliminating manual steps, and ensuring scalable, efficient, and digitally aligned operations.
**Basic Qualifications** :
+ Minimum 3 years proven experience with Asset Management and residual setting, with demonstrated ability to adopt modern technologies, AI tools, and digital solutions rapidly.
+ High School diploma required and highly prefer college degree.
+ Experience managing a portfolio of $500M – $1,500M with transaction ranging from $500K to $5M.

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to think outside of the box, apply data-driven decision-making, and adapt to uncertainties.
+ Ability to operate with an agile mindset, collaborating across Sales and Business Units to respond quickly to customer needs and market shifts.
+ Sophisticated Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with automation tools, AI-driven analytics, and emerging technologies that enhance efficiency.
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to lead conversations, influence stakeholders, and act as a catalyst for change within the organization.
