**What you will do**

**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

+ Leadership of clinical operations and medical information group.

+ Extensive knowledge of the pipeline molecules, striving for the assignment of strategic clinical trials and compliance of enrollment objectives.

+ Strengthen the relationship and knowledge of new and strategic research centers for the company.

+ Adequate governance of the RWE committee, striving for the strategic generation of evidence generation initiatives aligned with the knowledge objectives of the TAs.

+ Strategic knowledge of prioritized molecules as well as their medical plan, in order to work along with the medical advisors in continued medical education and evidence generation initiatives..

+ Guarantee strategic alliances aiming for the improvement of continued medical education, institutional alliance and evidence generation initiatives.

+ Create strategical alliances with different actors of the health ecosystem that promote quality continued medical education and find opportunities to work strategically with the academy.

+ Oversight the compliance and adequate management of medical information requests

+ Guarantee compliance with approval routes of non promotional material in VOLT according to the local current SOPs.

**Authority**

+ Signs off direct outside expense at signature level.

+ Leads assigned budget.

+ RAE of contracts in C3 system.

**Outputs**

+ Monthly reports/presentations (medical/clinical trial metrics) to brand teams

+ Semi-annual reports to management team on strategic projects.

+ Semi-annual presentations to universities (CME projects)

**What we expect of you**

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Doctorate degree in health-related area (RN, PharmD, BSc, MD) and 2 years of experience in similar positions at a biotech or pharmaceutical company OR

+ Master’s degree in health-related area (RN, PharmD, BSc, MD) and 4 years of experience in similar positions at a biotech or pharmaceutical company OR

+ Bachelor’s degree in health-related area (RN, PharmD, BSc, MD) and 6 years of experience in similar positions at a biotech or pharmaceutical company OR

+ Associate’s degree in health-related area and 10 years of experience in similar positions at a biotech or pharmaceutical company OR

+ High school diploma / GED 12 years of experience in similar positions at a biotech or pharmaceutical company.

+ Proficiency in English, both in written and verbal communication.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience in Clinical Trials, Medical Affairs, Scientific communications.

+ Practical experience in patient care, scientific presentations, leading project budgets and developing strategic planning and Medical or Drug Information.

+ Successful track record of leading multiple projects and competing priorities.

+ Solid skills in conducting comprehensive literature searches and in critically appraising scientific literature.

+ Solid understanding of ethical, legal and regulatory guidelines and requirements applicable to medical affairs activities.
