This role will support software development and quality activities for SaaS based solution connecting PLM with CRM/EAM/ERP. The product is already released, we are in in a phase where idea is being realized as technical and functional POC followed by customer feedback to finally a SaaS based product that customer can use in production.This would involve development in cloud technologies. It would be great learning experience to work in startup environment within the umbrella of big Siemens collaborating with SLM product managers and experts. Responsibilities:Participate in the development efforts of the cloud-based SaaS solution from the scratch.Be part of an agile team possessing end-to-end responsibility for design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, support and other tasks that guarantee delivery of the high-quality software and within defined timeframes, focusing (but not limited to) back-end development tasksWork in startup environment, building POC and demo to stakeholders, respond to feedback and finally build the deployable solution for the customersLearn new software and technologies quickly (e.g., Salesforce Lightning Web Component)Provide recommendations on the technology and architectureQualifications:BE/BTech/MTech degree.At least 6 years of full stack or back-end development and design experience in enterprise-scale SaaS products through the full development cycle – from requirements to production release and customer support.At least 3 years of experience in back-end development of web applications using Java and Spring frameworkPractical experience in:Micro-services architectureTeamcenter Development ExperienceREST API design and implementationAWS Cloud platformExcellent communication skillsJava ScriptsAdvantages:Practical experience in:Multi-tenant applications developmentIdentity and access managementWorking with containers (Docker)NoSQL DatabasesPreferred domains:Business-to-Business Web PortalsPLM and SLMFamiliarity with OOP design patterns and SOLID principlesPractical experience in front-end developmentPersonal characteristics:Self-motivated, driven by getting things doneExcellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skillsExceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skillsPassion to learn new technologies and methodologies and adapt to the team’s needsSelf-driven and works well with minimal supervision as part of a diverse agile teamCustomer and product drivenWe are SiemensA collection of over 377,000 minds building the future, one day at a time in over 200 countries.
