Description
**Position Overview**
The HCP Data Management Manager is responsible for managing Healthcare Professional (HCP) master data, ensuring data compliance, and supporting customer strategy development through data-driven insights. This role requires close collaboration with Business, Compliance, Business Excellence and Technology teams to optimize HCP master data and related processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Master Data Management**
+ Manage HCP master data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
+ Develop and implement data governance strategies, oversee data restructuring, and optimize HCP tagging.
+ Responsible for managing HCP master data vendors.
**2. Process Execution**
+ Execute HCP verification processes, identify data risks, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
+ Collaborate across departments (including but not limited to Medical, Business Excellence, Compliance, and CRM) and work with third parties to ensure accurate and timely completion of HCP identity verification requirements.
**3. Support Customer Strategy Development**
+ Analyze HCP data to support customer segmentation and potential assessment, driving precise engagement.
+ Work with business teams to develop customer coverage strategies and optimize resource allocation.
+ Provide data-driven insights to optimize customer journeys and enhance customer experience.
+ Respond promptly to HCP master data analysis requests.
**4. System and Process Optimization**
+ Collaborate with technical teams to optimize the CRM platform and improve data processing efficiency. Drive process and system enhancements, including projects related to Next-Gen CRM and DLH2.0.
+ Participate in system upgrades, data migration, and interface testing to ensure smooth data integration.
+ Promote automated verification and batch update processes to reduce manual operation risks.
+ Act as an HCP data expert in cross-functional projects to ensure data strategies align with business objectives.

**Qualifications**
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
+ **Experience:**
+ 3+ years of experience in CRM or HCP management; experience in pharmaceutical industry HCP data management preferred.
+ Proven experience in data governance, strategic analysis, and HCP verification projects.
+ **Technical Skills:**
+ Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) and related backend management tools.
+ Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and analysis; experience in customer segmentation and strategy development.
+ Understanding of privacy protection and compliance requirements.
+ **Soft Skills:**
+ Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
+ Familiarity with HCP strategy management in the pharmaceutical industry.
