We are looking for an IT Partner Lead to join our team to support the Electrification and Automation (EA) group in North America. This position is a hybrid role based in Wendell, NC. You’ll make an impact as you: Lead the IT relationship with the SI EA organization for the region and function as a main point of contact for the SI EA business for IT topics, projects, and support Participate and engage with SI US EA leadership team – actively participating in leadership discussions, strategy sessions, etc. Actively engage with the business in breaking down complex architectural/ technical discussions and engaging with experts to develop incremental solutions and roadmaps Manage expectations and priorities from a multi-country, multi-organizational stakeholder environment Plan, drive, and manage demands and projects from beginning to end; engage with business collaborators, drive scoping sessions, document requirements/key decisions, navigate a large network of providers, and support the overall execution of these demands Closely collaborate with global SI IT EA and other functions to support rollout of tools Work with the EA business in articulating variances in regional needs vs. global standards during these rollouts Focus on developing and optimizing IT delivery across the sites (applications, infrastructure, and support) Support growth by proactively engaging with EA business partners on opportunities and challenges Facilitate meetings with both internal and external IT provider organizations to ensure quality and timely delivery and support Keep management and employees informed on IT strategies, key priorities, initiatives, and projects Track and monitor IT Service consumption to help drive usage reductions across the SI business units Engage, align, and share best practices with our global SI IT counterparts Maintain a flexible work schedule to coordinate support during non-standard hours Support requests for information whether it is for policy information, usage data, adoption data, or project requests for business data You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field 8+ years of experience working in a multi-IT service provider environment Experience developing a strategic vision and plans for short-, mid-, and long-term technology roadmaps to support the business Preferred Qualifications: Experience with leading/driving IT digital transformation and innovation initiatives in a complex operational environment. The pay range for this position is $120,540 – $206,640 annually with a target incentive of 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
