**We are looking for an IT-Transformation Expert**
**You’ll make a difference by:**
+ Support the development and execution of IT strategies aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives
+ Assist in structuring deliverables and prioritizing actionable insights for strategy execution management
+ Operationalize vision into actionable initiatives and distill sophisticated topics into executive-ready insights for informed decision-making
+ Support the orchestration of the OKR process to implement the IT strategy and ensure alignment and tracking of strategic objectives within the organization
+ Design and implement IT Target Operating Models to enable efficient collaboration across Siemens Business Units and internally within Siemens Mobility
+ Develop and implement change management strategies and communication concepts to support the adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization
+ Prepare and present materials for top management to ensure informed decision-making
+ Foster strong interdepartmental relationships to ensure stakeholder needs are effectively addressed
+ Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization
**You’ll win us over by:**
+ Experience in IT transformation, IT strategy execution, or related fields
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
+ Experience in designing and implementing IT Target Operating Models
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill sophisticated information into clear, actionable insights
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with team members and collaborators at various levels
+ Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies
+ Familiarity with change management practices and the ability to adapt to evolving organizational needs
+ Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and risk management practices is a plus
+ Experience in creating materials for executive presentations and decision-making support
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities optimally
