The Lean Transformation Manager will be the driving force in

transformation team, providing direction, mentorship, and development so the
team stays aligned with transformation objectives and builds succession
capability.

capacity modeling, advancing the plant’s transition from stationary builds
toward continuous one-piece flow.

• Facilitating Lean workshops, visual management, and Lean
Thinker training for hourly employees, keeping the Lean team focused on
improving production systems rather than becoming permanently absorbed in daily
production work.

• Working alongside data analytics and automation teams to
evaluate new technologies, applying a fundamentals-first approach that
simplifies and stabilizes processes before introducing automation, robotics, or
digitalization.

• Integrating lean
principles into the factory’s safety programs, ensuring every process
improvement also enhances workplace safety.

transformation initiatives in a complex manufacturing setting, preferably in
electrical or mechanical assembly, delivering results through completed
implementation rather than recommendations alone.

including flow design, material feeding, cycle time reduction, time studies,
line balancing, and factory layout.

• Demonstrated strong knowledge of lean tools and
methodologies, paired with social competence and the ability to influence
culture and workplace habits.

• Possess a strong understanding of process fundamentals and
stabilization, along with energy, creativity, persistence, and the ability to
