About the Role

As a Learning & Development Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor and consultant to Senior Leaders across all levels of the organisation, specifically partnering with those identified in our Interlock Model. You will define and scope learning and development requirements in alignment with Siemens strategy and across all functional groups to ensure consistency. You will act as the function’s single point of contact, liaising with the other L&D teams and the wider P&O functions to source content, leverage best practices, and ensure existing resources are utilized before defining requirements for new courses/programs.

Area of Responsibility

+ Engaging with senior leaders across the organization to understand their learning and development needs, aligning these to the overall strategy.

+ Defining and scoping L&D requirements, working closely with the broader L&D team and P&O functions to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach.

+ Acting as the primary point of contact for all L&D-related matters, facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization.

+ Leverage existing content, best practices, and resources to address learning needs before recommending new course or program development.

+ Providing consultative guidance to leaders on learning and development policies, strategies, and planning.

Your Qualifications & Experience

+ Proven experience in learning and development, with a focus on business partnering, defining and scoping requirements in alignment with GSCS strategy and direction.

+ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

+ Experience with learning platforms and adult learning principles and their future evolution.

+ Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
