**We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Hourly Technician – Advanced Manufacturing. This position will be based in Fort Worth, TX.**
**Shift: 1st**
**Hourly Rate:** $25.00 – $35.75
As a Manufacturing Engineer Hourly Technician – Advanced Manufacturing, you’ll work alongside of Manufacturing and Industrial Engineers completing non-direct labor work such as testing fixtures, building workstations, completing pilot builds, and contributing to the development of standard work.
**You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:**
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing facility.
+ Basic digital literacy (Microsoft Office), and use of basic mechanical and electrical tools.
+ Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
+ Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English Language.
+ Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer – sponsored work authorization.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma / GED
+ Two-year technical degree or equivalent.
+ 1+ years supporting manufacturing in a tech role.
+ Experience applying Advanced Manufacturing Six Sigma concepts in a manufacturing environment.
+ Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD or similar software applications.
+ Understanding of electrical and mechanical assembly processes.
+ Familiarity with SAP.

+ Supporting projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory while collaborating with multi-functional teams to achieve plant goals.
+ Developing standards and work instructions while actively participating in and supporting advanced manufacturing activities and training throughout the facility.
+ Conducting problem investigations, cause analysis, implementation, and follow-up.
+ Developing and maintaining systems associated with production processes.
+ Contributing to the development of manufacturing tools, fixtures, and standards, and the deployment of these systems at large.
