The Order Management Specialist provides essential administrative and organizational support to the commercial sales team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. Key responsibilities include generating bids, managing and maintaining the sales funnel for accurate forecasting, and coordinating departmental meetings. The role also involves liaising with vendors and customers (Cepheid’s US & Canada Market), arranging third-party inspections, and tracking sales KPIs through software tools to improve forecast accuracy. Additionally, it monitors performance against established metrics to support business objectives.

This position reports to Sr Manager Order Management and is part of Customer Care team Located in Brazil (Remote)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Order Management & Accuracy: Accurately enter and maintain order data in systems, monitor status, validate agreements and purchase orders for compliance, and provide timely reports to management and customers.

+ Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Serve as an escalation point for complex or urgent issues, respond promptly across multiple communication channels with strong etiquette, and coordinate special handling activities to ensure on-time delivery.

+ Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot fulfillment challenges and participate in projects aimed at improving processes and enhancing customer experience.

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience in relevant work experience.

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

+ Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages would be an advantage – French, Spanish)

+ Expert knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce.com preferred)

+ EDI experience (GHX preferred) and Preferred International Order Management experience.

+ Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) required.
