**About Smart Infrastructure – Electrification and Automation:**

Siemens Smart Infrastructure Electrification and Automation (EA) Business Unit is headquartered in Wendell, NC,. The EA Business Unit has a diverse portfolio of products, including, but not limited to, low-voltage MCC, CMR fuse saver, MV switchgear, MV circuit breakers, and metering, power monitoring, power quality, and protective relay maintenance and systems of a standard nature.

**We are looking for a PFEP (Plan for Every Part) Coordinator. This position will be based at our Wendell, NC facility. Relocation assistance is available.**

You will be responsible for organizing and optimizing how every material or component is stored, moved, and replenished in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

**You’ll make an impact by:**

+ Developing and maintaining the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) database to define storage, packaging, labeling, and replenishment methods for all materials

+ Analyzing and optimizing material flow across production and warehouse operations to improve efficiency and reduce waste

+ Partnering with production, supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and standardized material handling processes

+ Implementing and supporting lean practices such as kanban, point-of-use storage, and continuous improvement initiatives

+ Driving inventory accuracy and space utilization improvements through data analysis and process standardization

**You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:**

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ 2+ years of experience in supply chain, materials management, manufacturing, or warehouse operations

+ Experience working with inventory systems, data tracking, or material planning tools

+ Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed datasets

+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience developing or managing PFEP databases or similar material flow systems

+ Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles such as kanban, 5S, and continuous improvement

+ Experience working in a manufacturing or high-volume production environment

+ Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP) and advanced Excel skill
