**What You Will Achieve**

As part of technical operations, you will be responsible for the preparation and/or operation of various components, materials, equipment, machines including, but not limited to:any and/or all applicable components, materials, equipment, machines in the assigned area(s), while performing all tasks in a safe manner.

It is your hard work and focus that will help in making Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.

**How You Will Achieve It**

+ Maintain proper documentation – batch records, check sheets, logbooks.

+ Perform fill room setup and perform room and equipment sanitation, including work over head.

+ Ensures environmental excursions are kept at an acceptable level.

+ Stay current with training requirements and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), batch records, etc.

+ Communicates openly and clearly with line personnel and supervision to accomplish manufacturing goals.

+ Promote a positive team environment.

+ Notifies Group Leader/Supervisor of all safety issues.



+ High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

+ A minimum 1 year of prior work experience in a pharmaceutical, manufacturing and/or industrial type environment

+ Must be able to make minor mechanical machine adjustments.

+ Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and have a problem-solving mindset.

+ Must be able to gown aseptically and retain certification.


+ Pharmaceutical production experience

**Physical/Mental Requirements**

+ Must be able to lift 35-45 lbs. sporadically and 10-20 lbs. frequently; including lifting above shoulders.

+ Must be able to withstand exposure to inks, solvents, heat, steam and liquids.

+ Stand for up to 8 to 12 hours depending on assigned area.

+ Must be able to communicate and work well interdepartmentally, as well as, with all plant departments.

+ Must be able to read and write, as well as, follow written and oral instructions.

+ Must be capable of performing data entry into calculators and computers.

+ Vision must be correctable to 20/20.

**Non-Standard Work Schedule, Travel, or Environment Requirements**

+ Schedule is 6pm – 6am on a rotating schedule.
