Brightline West is a pioneering high-speed rail project connecting Las Vegas, NV to Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This project involves the construction of 220 miles of new single track with passing loops in the I-15 corridor, enabling speeds up to 186 mph and reducing trip time to less than 2 ½ hours. The project aims to remove 3 million cars annually, save 400,000 tons of CO2, and create 40,000 construction and 1,000 permanent jobs.We’re hiring a Project Management Operations Officer with a project background, located in Las Vegas, NV, to efficiently and effectively support the electrification project manager in all management-related tasks. This position will interact closely with the Project Operations Team Lead, Electrification Project Manager, and other departments that interact with the electrification team daily. We’d love to have you join the future of mobility!Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize the electrification project in line with the overall project processes with a comprehensive focus on project management support functions, processes, tools, scheduling, and methods.Comprehensive reporting of the status of project management support functions to the electrification project manager.Document Management (internal and external documents, correspondence, etc.).Facilitating internal and external meetings and tracking tasks.Change Management throughout the entire project lifecycle, from engineering to installation and commissioning.Configuration management, including software version control.To thrive in this role, you have:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management or equivalent experience.Experience with large projects and an international work environment.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, etc.).Validated experience in a project role (5+ years).Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.Why You’ll Love Working HereCompetitive benefits include PTO, 401(k) match, health and wellness programs, and tuition reimbursement.Be part of a pioneering transportation project that is reshaping mobility in the U.S.Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with global impact.
