As we launch our new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in **Pendergrass, Georgia** , we are excited to invite talented professionals to join our growing team. This site will support approximately 1,700 employees and specialize in Busway and Busplug manufacturing, including metal and bar fabrication, powder painting, plating, epoxy, and assembly operations. As a **Quality Manager** , you will lead the site’s quality strategy and ensure products, processes, and systems consistently meet customer, regulatory, and Siemens quality standards. This role is responsible for overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS), leading quality teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting the successful ramp-up and long-term operational excellence of the Pendergrass manufacturing facility.

**You will make an impact by:**

+ Leading and maintaining the site’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with Siemens standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements.

+ Developing and executing quality strategies that support safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations across fabrication, coating, plating, epoxy, and assembly processes.

+ Driving a culture of quality excellence through proactive problem-solving, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.

+ Establishing, monitoring, and improving key quality performance indicators, including first-pass yield, customer complaints, scrap, rework, supplier quality, and cost of poor quality.

+ Leading internal, external, and customer audits while ensuring timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.

+ Managing customer quality concerns and driving root cause investigations using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and other structured problem-solving tools.

+ Partnering with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and EHS teams to improve process capability, product quality, and operational performance.

+ Overseeing supplier quality performance, qualification activities, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Supporting new product introductions, process validations, change management, and facility start-up activities to ensure quality requirements are achieved.

+ Utilizing quality and statistical tools to analyze trends, identify risks, and implement sustainable solutions.

+ Recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing quality organization, including quality engineers, technicians, and inspectors.

+ Fostering a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence throughout the facility.

**You will win us over with the following qualifications:**

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

+ 8+ years of progressive quality experience within a manufacturing environment, including leadership responsibilities.

+ 3+ years of experience leading quality teams and driving cross-functional quality improvement initiatives.

+ Experience developing, implementing, and managing Quality Management Systems in complex manufacturing operations.

+ Demonstrated experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, statistical process control (SPC), process capability analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.

+ Experience leading internal and external audits and ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

+ Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering.

+ Experience supporting manufacturing start-ups, greenfield facilities, or significant production ramp-ups.

+ Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, auditing practices, and quality system deployment.

+ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or similar quality certification.

+ Experience in electrical equipment, power distribution, busway, switchgear, or related manufacturing industries.

+ Familiarity with metal fabrication, welding, powder coating, plating, and assembly quality processes.

+ Experience with SAP, MES, quality management software, and data analytics tools.

+ Proven record of improving customer satisfaction, reducing defects, and driving measurable operational results.
