The Sales Coordinator for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for managing and expanding our customer base in the public and private sectors across the state of Rio Grande do Sul and the interior of Santa Catarina (excluding the coast). You will take care of the growth in the number of clients in this region, strengthening Beckman’s presence in the region. T his is a hybrid role, with a strong field presence and a base preferably in Porto Alegre or nearby cities. You will be a part of the regional South Sales Department and report to the Sales Supervisor.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Manage and grow a portfolio of medium and large accounts, while supporting smaller accounts through the regional distributor.
+ Conduct regular client visits, identify business opportunities, and monitor market trends.
+ Maintain accurate records of visits and opportunities in Salesforce.
+ Submit proposals, follow up on contracts, and coordinate internal processes related to equipment movement and service delivery.
+ Collaborate with internal departments such as Customer Service, Operations and Technical Services (field engineers and application specialists).
+ Work closely with the regional distributor to ensure alignment and execution of commercial strategies.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Proven experience in sales to clinical analysis laboratories.
+ Experience negotiating with public sector clients and understanding of procurement processes.
+ Basic technical knowledge in biochemistry, hematology, immunology, and microbiology.
+ Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and ability to manage commercial processes.
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Residency in Porto Alegre or nearby (within 100 km) is preferred.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Previous experience with companies in the Diagnostics Technologies field in Porto Alegre region.
+ English proficiency for reading technical materials and internal communication.
