The Sales Enablement Manager Advanced Staining is responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive and monitor sales growth in the segment. This role supports and coaches the sales team, manages key customer relationships, ensures operational excellence in sales processes, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

This position reports to the General Manager in France and is part of the Leadership Team, working remotely.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Recommend and implement the commercial strategy for the Advanced Staining segment in France, then collaborate directly with the regional Sales Team to execute this strategy to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets, profit and market share goals

+ Direct and advise Sales Team on specific projects to develop proposals that speak to customer needs, concerns and objectives

+ Provide coaching to the associates on effective sales strategies and skills for the Advanced Staining product lines and continually develop knowledge of products, market and industry trends, competition and customer strategies for new business development.

+ Establish and maintain key customer relationships in the regions, focusing on establishing centers of excellence and reference sites for the Advanced Staining portfolio

+ Research and develop a deep knowledge of the market, key competitors and other products in the field

+ Implement KPI’s for measuring business success in line with strategic goals of the business for the year and longer term

The essential requirements of the job include :

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is required

+ Several years of experience (typically 5+ years) in sales, commercial operations, or business development within the life sciences, diagnostics, or medical devices industry

+ Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing commercial strategies in a complex, matrixed environment

+ Experience supporting and coaching sales teams, managing key customer relationships, and leading cross-functional projects

+ Familiarity with sales funnel management, forecasting, and complex bidding/tender processes is highly valued

+ Ability to travel – about 20% travel, mainly in France but also within Europe twice a year

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ working in an international or EMEA context

La/le Chef de Produit Développement Advanced Staining (AS) recommande et met en œuvre la stratégie sur le segment Advanced Staining. Elle/Il apporte son soutien et forme l’équipe commerciale, échange avec les clients stratégiques, garantit l’excellence opérationnelle des processus de vente, et collabore avec des équipes transverses pour atteindre les objectifs sur le segment.

Ce poste est rattaché au Directeur Général France, membre du Comité de Direction, et s’exerce en travail à distance.

Dans ce rôle, vous aurez l’opportunité de :

+ Recommander et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale pour le segment Advanced Staining en France, puis collaborer directement avec l’équipe commerciale pour exécuter cette stratégie et atteindre, voire dépasser, les objectifs mensuels et annuels, ainsi que les objectifs de profit et de part de marché.

+ Orienter et conseiller l’équipe commerciale sur des projets spécifiques afin de développer des propositions répondant aux besoins, préoccupations et priorités des clients.

+ Former et accompagner les équipes sur des stratégies de vente efficaces pour la gamme Advanced Staining, et développer la connaissance des produits, du marché, des tendances sectorielles, de la concurrence et des stratégies clients pour le développement de nouveaux business.

+ Établir et entretenir des relations avec les clients clés, en mettant l’accent sur la création de centres d’excellence et de sites de référence pour le portefeuille Advanced Staining.

+ Rechercher et développer une connaissance approfondie du marché, des principaux concurrents et des autres produits du secteur.

+ Mettre en place des KPI pour mesurer le succès de l’activité au regard des objectifs stratégiques annuels et à plus long terme.

Les exigences essentielles du poste incluent :

+ Diplôme universitaire (Bac+3 minimum) en commerce, sciences de la vie ou domaine connexe requis.

+ Plusieurs années d’expérience (5 ans ou plus) dans la vente, les opérations commerciales ou le développement commercial dans les secteurs des sciences de la vie, du diagnostic ou des dispositifs médicaux.

+ Expérience dans le développement des ventes et la gestion de stratégies commerciales dans un environnement complexe et matriciel

+ Expérience dans le soutien et la formation d’équipes commerciales, la gestion de relations clients clés et la conduite de projets transverses

+ Maîtrise de la gestion du funnel de vente, des prévisions et des processus d’appels d’offres fortement appréciée

Déplacements, permis de conduire & exigences physiques/environnementales :

+ Capacité à se déplacer : environ 20 % de déplacements, principalement en France mais également en Europe environ deux fois par an.
