**Live – What you will do**

We’re excited to offer a **12-month contract** opportunity for a seasoned sales representative to join Amgen’s newly created field force dedicated to key private and public Nephrologists in New South Wales and Victoria. Amgen’s product has the potential to transform the lives of patients with anemia given their chronic kidney disease. It is a key growth product for us in line with our strategic roadmap and we are allocating more resources to deliver the patients, performance and pioneering required to achieve our ambition in 2026.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Develop and implement territory POA and key account plans.

+ Conduct systematic, in-depth analysis of problems to anticipate the best course of action to improve performance.

+ Ensure data is accurately recorded into CRM.

+ Work with National Sales Manager and others to develop best practices.

+ Disseminate an in-depth knowledge of how private practices, clinics and hospitals operate in the differing roles of stakeholders and their differing needs in relation to the needs of Amgen.

+ Anticipate & communicate competitive threats and opportunities. Takes the lead on gathering competitive intelligence.

+ Build relationships by providing an elevated level of service and creatively managing customer requests, needs, and commitments.

+ Gain trust from customers by developing creative ideas for meeting topics and formats and follow-up with customers.

We’re seeking a driven, competitive and strategic sales representative who can “hit the ground running” and one who has a passion for science-based sales with a comprehensive understanding of scientific principles and clinical applications enabling informed discussions and the delivery of credible, evidence-based information to healthcare professionals.

**Essential** **Requirements**

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales related role consistently delivering on brand priorities and effectively managing the sales process to build strong customer relationships.

+ In depth knowledge of Business, Data by identifying, analyzing and overcoming barriers

+ Execution Excellence with demonstrable experience of consistently delivering high quality results

+ Advancedpresentationskills

**Preferred** **Requirements**

+ Bachelor’s degree in life science or (bio) medical sciences

+ Detailed knowledge of and experience in a hospital environment selling to key private and public Nephrologists

+ Experience interacting with various disciplines and organizational levels internally and externally.

+ Experience in project management
