We are seeking a Senior Corporate Investigator who will report to the Head of Investigations for the Americas and work collaboratively with members of the global Investigations and Regulatory Team. The Senior Corporate Investigator plays a pivotal role in protecting Siemens’ integrity and global reputation.
**This position is remote and requires working regular business hours in the Eastern Time Zone.**
The Senior Corporate Investigator is responsible for conducting fair, independent, and well-documented investigations into potential violations of the Siemens Business Conduct Guidelines, company policies, and applicable law. The ideal candidate will bring experience in witness interviewing, investigation planning, data analysis, report drafting, and using AI tools to enhance investigative processes. This role requires sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism, as well as regular collaboration with colleagues across Siemens’ global compliance organization, internal departments, and business units. Candidates with prior experience in federal law enforcement, white-collar investigations, and public corruption, fraud, or other complex investigations are encouraged to apply.

+ Plan, perform, and manage complex, sensitive, and multi-jurisdictional investigations with the highest level of efficiency, quality, and professionalism.
+ Develop investigative strategies, gather and analyze evidence, assess credibility, and prepare well-supported investigative reports.
+ Conduct investigative interviews professionally and effectively, including with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
+ Analyze investigative findings to identify policy, legal, regulatory, and control risks/implications.
+ Prepare clear, concise, and thorough investigative reports for senior management and Legal/Compliance leadership.
+ Maintain confidentiality and ensure investigations are conducted fairly, consistently, and in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.

**_Basic Qualifications_**
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
+ At least 10 years conducting investigations within corporate, legal, compliance, law enforcement, government, or internal audit environments.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end investigations, including planning, evidence gathering, interviewing, analysis, and report writing.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent investigations and meet deadlines.
+ Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
+ Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

+ Excellent written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
+ Impeccable integrity, sound judgment, and discretion.
+ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multi-jurisdictional and multi-cultural stakeholders.
+ Strong technology and online research skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
+ Experience leveraging AI and advanced technology tools for document review, data analysis, and report drafting.
+ Understanding of retaliation risks, confidentiality obligations, and fair treatment principles.
+ Professional fluency in Spanish.
