**Role** **Description**
The Senior Manager, Engineering Data Analysis & Reporting Lead, is a leadership role responsible for delivering trusted, standardized analytics and reporting across EHS and Engineering (e.g. facilities, asset management, and general business performance) domains. This role enables data-driven decision-making by creating actionable proposals that deliver favorable business, compliance, and operational outcomes.
Reporting to the Director, Engineering Systems, Technology & Reporting, this role partners closely with Systems, Master Data Management, and Technology teams to ensure global integration and reporting solutions that are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise technology strategy.
**Roles &** **Responsibilities**
+ Owns and deliversstandardized dashboards, reports,communications,and KPI frameworks aligned to global Engineering, Facilities, and EHS governance.
+ Builds and leads a high-performing technical team by hiring,developing talent, and driving accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement aligned with business goals.
+ Ensuresanalytics and reporting solutions areaccurate,traceable,andaudit ready.
+ Translatesbusiness, operational, and compliance needs into reporting and analyticssolutions.
+ Overseesreporting enablementand communicationtools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, and SharePoint)supportingrisk management and operational performanceinaregulatedenvironmentwithlow risktolerance andintense focus on continuous improvement.
+ Partnerswith Systems and Data teams to ensure reliable upstream data andvaluable dataintegration.
+ Manages data frommultipleindependent sourcestoidentifyand deliverautomation, advanced analytics, and continuous improvement in reporting capabilities.
+ Identifies, designs, and deploys AI-drivenandinnovativesolutions that streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and measurably reduce operational workload.
+ Supports ad hocand executive reporting requests related to Engineering, Facilities, andEHS.
+ Engagesstakeholders to ensurereciprocal understanding andalignment.
+ Interprets data using sound reasoning andfirstprinciples to recognize performance trends,risks, and weak(but relevant)signals.

+ Experience partnering with Technology,EHS,Operations, Quality, Compliance, and Business stakeholders in regulated environments.
+ Strongexpertisein data governance, analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI), and collaboration tools (e.g.,Teams,SharePoint).
+ Experienceworking withdata withinEHSsoftwaresystems(e.g., Cority,Sphera, Enablon)
+ Demonstrated ability to apply engineering principles to business processes, problems, and decisions.
+ Proven experience managing multiple priorities, interdependencies, and competing demands whilemaintainingstrong execution discipline.
+ Demonstrated experience translating client needs into program-controlled business processes.
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional, and fast-paced global environment.
+ Experience working across regions and time zones with cultural awareness and adaptability.
+ Demonstrated experience leading global teams and partnering with enterprise Technology organizations.
