The Senior Techno‑Functional Solution Architect for D365 Finance & Operations is a responsible for defining, designing, and delivering scalable, end‑to‑end enterprise solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and cross‑functional business processes. In this role, you’ll lead a team of developers & functional analysts in global transformation initiatives, architect complex integrations, drive process optimization, and ensure the long‑term success, stability, and evolution of the D365 F&O landscape.
This position reports to the Senior Manager ERP Applications and is part of the Global IT Department located in Hyderabad, India (or close to) and will be working remotely to cover United States (pacific time Zone & Europe Time zone).
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Design and optimize D365 F&O solutions across customizations, integrations, reporting, and automation using X++, Azure Integration Services, and Power Platform—following modern engineering best practices & Ensure environment stability through effective DevOps, deployments, performance tuning, and global compliance.
+ Lead full‑cycle ERP delivery including LCS management, RSAT automation, data migration, UAT, go‑live, and hyper‑care to maintain long‑term system reliability and scalability & Shape solution architecture and process optimization across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales/OTC, and Manufacturing.
+ Drive cloud, data, and AI innovation by advancing integrations, automation, Power Platform, and D365 Copilot capabilities across the enterprise & Mentor cross-functional teams worldwide, resolve complex issues, and influence continuous improvement.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ 15+ years of combined D365 F&O technical and functional experience, including leading development teams and delivering 8+ full lifecycle implementations with strong expertise in X++ & Coding technologies for Microsoft Dynamics.
+ Deep functional knowledge across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales/OTC, and WHS/TMS, with strong capability in ATP/CTP, costing, planning, and optimizing complex end‑to‑end business processes.
+ Advanced proficiency with DMF, Data Entities, SSRS, ER, Power Apps, and Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus), including large‑scale data migration and integration design.
+ Strong DevOps, governance, and environment management skills with Azure DevOps CI/CD, Git, RSAT, LCS, PPAC, BYOD, Dual‑write, and performance/security best practices.
+ Exceptional communication, leadership, and documentation abilities, with proven success mentoring teams, engaging stakeholders, and producing high‑quality solution designs, FDDs, process flows, and training materials.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Experience customizing Copilot or building AI-driven solutions with Copilot Studio.
+ Experience in large-scale D365 migrations or upgrades.
+ Strong knowledge in .NET, SQL, JavaScript, and extension frameworks & Strong functional background in supply chain, operations, finance, and enterprise process improvement, with experience leading UAT, hypercare, and environment management.
