The Shipper is responsible for processing, packaging, and shipping customer orders efficiently and accurately to meet operational and customer requirements.

This position reports to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager and is part of the Cytiva Aseptic Filling Supply Chain Function located in Burnaby BC and will be an on-site role. This is a one year fixed term contract.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently, including scheduling transportation and ensuring secure delivery.

+ Manage inventory and shipment documentation, performing ERP transactions, generating outbound paperwork, and tracking shipments in transit.

+ Support warehouse operations and continuous improvement, maintaining an organized work environment, collaborating across teams, and assisting with additional logistics activities as needed.

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Post‑secondary degree, diploma, or equivalent work experience in Operations, Logistics, with a minimum of 1 year experience in shipping/logistics, warehouse operations.

+ Hands‑on experience with shipping and warehouse systems, including ERP transaction processing (e.g., inventory movements, shipping documentation).

+ Experience packaging, palletizing, or crating domestic and/or international shipments, including familiarity with trade regulations and Incoterms.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

+ Ability to lift, move, or carry items up to 35 lbs.

+ Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including standing, walking, and manual material handling.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Forklift operator certification and ability to safely operate material handling equipment.

+ Experience following standard work instructions and participating in continuous improvement or Kaizen initiatives.

The salary range for this role is $48,000- $55,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
