**We are looking for undergraduate students to join our 12-week** **Operations Leadership Development Program Internship** **(June 21 – September 10) with our Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products division. This internship will prepare you for a potential opportunity with our full-time two-year rotational Operations Leadership Development Program and other entry-level roles. This position will be based at our Pomona, CA location.**

**You’ll make an impact by:**

+ Owning hands-on projects in manufacturing operations, production planning, quality assurance, procurement, or project management that solve real manufacturing challenges, deliver real business impact, and grow strategic partnerships with our vendors and customers

+ Using methodologies and tools such as LEAN, Six Sigma, and Kanban to analyze production processes and data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing manufacturing solutions that enhance safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and sustainability across our plant operations

+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize capacity planning, material planning, procurement, logistics, or supply chain initiatives

+ Participating in trainings, fireside chats with guest speakers, skills workshops, mentorship, and networking activities to support your technical and professional development

**You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:**

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ This internship is a structured experiential learning program for individuals currently enrolled in a degree or certificate program who will continue their studies following the assignment. Current and continuing enrollment is a condition of participation. Applicants who have completed or expect to complete their educational program before or during the assignment period are encouraged to explore our Early Career/ Leadership Development opportunities.

+ Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in: Industrial/Industrial Systems Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related majors (must be enrolled as a student at the time of the internship)

+ Available to work full-time during standard business hours (40 hours per week, Monday – Friday) from June 21 though September 10, 2027

+ Interest in pursuing a career through our full-time two-year rotational Operations Leadership Development Program upon graduation, and willingness to relocate across the United States for future program assignments, based on business needs.

+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Exposure to manufacturing principles through prior internships, research, or projects

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency with Power BI, Excel, or Tableau for reporting

+ GPA 3.0 or higher
