**The Team**
+ Part of Amgen’s Global Contracts and Pricing Operations (Global CPO) organization sitting in the Global Operational Pricing Team
+ Located mainly across Breda (Netherlands) and Lisbon (Portugal)

**The Role**
+ This role manages pricing and contracting operations for JAPAC while supporting ex-US countries through comprehensive compliance, monitoring, reporting, system access, and automation activities.
+ It safeguards data integrity, enhances operational oversight, and drives process efficiency through streamlined reporting and automation solutions.

**Accountabilities**
+ Accurate and timely execution of contracts, pricing, payments, and accruals for JAPAC
+ Ensuring SOX and IICC control compliance
+ Maintaining data integrity and monitoring system outcomes
+ Supporting and validating changes in SAP Vistex and related systems
+ Providing reporting, dashboards, and automation solutions
**Responsibilities**
+ **Operational Support** : Manage and execute pricing, contracts, accruals, and payments for JAPAC countries within timelines and accuracy requirements.
+ **Compliance & Control** :
+ Collect and document data for SOX controls ; conduct data integrity checks
+ Prepare and deliver reports supporting IICC controls
+ Execute IICC controls for JAPAC countries
+ Perform unit, regression, and integration testing following system changes
+ Support integration testing with product or country team oversight
+ Maintain Tableau dashboards and run related validations
+ Conduct automated testing checks and follow up with Product Team AIN resources
+ **Monitoring Activities:**
+ Monitor data flows; identify and escalate issues to resolution
+ Run audit and follow-on bots; investigate discrepancies
+ Design and implement bots to improve monitoring of system outcomes
+ Track and follow up on outstanding documents (PP, revisions, settlement deletions)
+ **Systems Access & Pricing Conditions:**
+ Support user access and workflow linkages in Vistex and Tableau
+ Develop bots to improve user access processing where appropriate
+ Execute pricing conditions (e.g., VK11) and ensure VAT compliance in SAP
+ **Other Contributions:**
+ Execute repetitive, well-documented tasks for the Breda and Portugal teams (reports, statistics, data archiving)
+ Coordinate administrative activities (meeting scheduling, MoM, Smartsheet, action trackers)
+ Deliver self-service reporting (dashboards, data extracts, report simplification)
+ Analyze process mining data in Celonis and prepare reports for management
+ Implement automation solutions and bots to improve efficiency

Essential Qualifications/Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree + 2 years experience OR Associate’s degree + 5 years experience.
+ Experience in one or more of the following:
+ Contract and pricing operations
+ Compliance
+ Functional IT support
+ Business administration
Preferred Experience:
+ Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication
+ Experience in pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology environments
+ Hands-on experience with SAP, Vistex, and/or Tableau
+ Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and tools such as Jira
+ Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
+ Cultural awareness and ability to operate effectively in global environments
+ Ability to thrive in matrixed and international teams
+ Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance competing demands
