The Strategic Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping Pall MicroE’s strategic direction by providing the insight, analytics, and frameworks needed for confident decision‑making. Through leadership in planning, pricing, competitive analysis, and market communication, the position directly influences revenue growth, margin improvement, and the alignment of global teams toward shared commercial and strategic goals.
This position reports to the VP, Global Product Management and Strategy – MicroE and is part of the Product Marketing, located in Benoi, Singapore.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Build fact‑based strategic insights by synthesizing customer research, market intelligence and internal data.
+ Generate fresh insights and concepts to create innovative, effective marketing and business solutions.
+ Drive the BU Business Plan process with presentations, evidence, and coordination across GPMs, AMs, and PPs.
+ Translate Marketing targets into clear team and individual objectives.
+ Lead the operational planning framework, ensuring all Marketing functions deliver plans aligned to strategic and commercial goals.
+ Analyze internal data (revenue, margins, segments), build dashboards, and provide insights to support profitable growth.
+ Manage competitive analysis, market opportunity profiling, pricing strategy, STRAT support, M&A insights, and MicroE marketing communications.
The essential requirements of the job include
+ Bachelor’s degree (preferably technical/engineering); Master’s in Business is an advantage, with 10+ years’ experience in marketing and/or MicroE markets.
+ Strong analytical ability to interpret sales and marketing metrics, forecast trends, and drive continuous process improvement.
+ High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, social media platforms, and familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
+ Effective cross‑functional leader with strong influencing skills, able to synthesize insights and drive initiatives that strengthen P&L performance.
+ Adaptable, results‑driven, and able to travel up to 30%, including internationally.
