**Supply Chain Manager**
**What you will do**

**Operational Triage & Systems Leadership**
+ Lead real‑time triage and escalation of complex OTC issues across SAP, Salesforce, EDI, and integrated platforms, ensuring rapid root‑cause identification, stakeholder alignment, and resolution.
+ Maintain end‑to‑end visibility of operational risks, dependencies, and system impacts to prevent service degradation and backlog accumulation.
**Trade Operations & Distribution Execution**
+ Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment by coordinating daily execution with 3PLs and distribution partners.
+ Resolve shipment exceptions (e.g., delays, temperature excursions, misroutes) through rapid coordination with GCX, Logistics, and Quality teams.
+ Monitor order flow across systems to maintain service continuity and prevent downstream customer or distributor impact.
**Reporting, Compliance & Data Governance**
+ Prepare and maintain operational reports, metrics, and dashboards reflecting process stability and compliance (e.g., SEOX).
+ Ensure data integrity across SAP, EDI, internal portals, and distribution systems by identifying anomalies and driving corrective actions.
+ Deliver post‑incident summaries outlining root cause, corrective actions, and cross‑functional alignment.
**OTC & EDI Functional Expertise**
+ Serve as the functional SME for SAP Order‑to‑Cash and EDI, including order management, pricing, billing, returns, and dispute resolution.
+ Troubleshoot IDOCs and integration flows while assessing downstream impacts on revenue, claims, and customer experience.
**Cross‑Functional & External Coordination**
+ Serve as the operational liaison for external service providers, 3PLs, and logistics partners, ensuring alignment on validations, exception handling, and operational readiness.
+ Coordinate communications across Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Quality, Commercial, and Technology teams during incidents, enhancements, and ongoing operations.
**Recall & Quality Operations**
+ Execute operational steps during product recalls, including shipment holds, lot‑level tracking, and customer outreach.
+ Coordinate with Quality and logistics partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of recall activities.
+ Provide recall status reporting and documentation required for regulatory and internal audits.
**Launch Readiness & Commercial Enablement**
+ Ensure operational readiness for new product launches, including SKU setup, distribution activation, and partner enablement.
+ Coordinate cross‑functionally to validate inventory availability, labeling/pack requirements, and system alignment prior to key launch milestones.
+ Identify and escalate launch‑related risks early (e.g., master data gaps, pricing setup issues, 3PL readiness).
**Transformation, Automation & Continuous Improvement**
+ Lead OTC initiatives end‑to‑end, from requirements definition through testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live hypercare.
+ Champion automation and process improvements that reduce manual effort, improve cycle times, and enhance cross‑functional efficiency.
+ Apply structured root‑cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions to prevent recurrence of operational and system issues.
**People Leadership & Culture**
+ Foster a high‑accountability, psychologically safe environment that balances compliance with confidence and execution speed.
+ Reinforce performance through recognition of successes, not solely exception management.
+ Develop structured onboarding and capability‑building programs, including job shadowing and real‑time learning.
+ Build distributed leadership by empowering experienced team members to own defined operational pillars (e.g., Revenue, Claims, Returns).

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Supply Chain experience OR
+ Associate’s degree and 8 years of Supply Chain experience OR
+ Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Supply Chain experience OR
+ Master’s degree and 2 years of Supply Chain experience OR
+ Doctorate degree

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
