**Thesis worker – HR and employee experience in hybrid work environment**

**What you will do**

We are looking for a Thesis Worker or intern to join the Amgen Finland HR team in Espoo. The internship period is full-time and lasts approx six months. The preferable starting date would be early autumn 2024. In case of thesis work, the topic is related to leading employee experience in hybrid work environment according to thesis worker’s area of interest and academic needs.

Responsibilities will include:

+ Conduct research and analyze data to understand the effects of hybrid working models on employee experience based on literature and Amgen Finland experience.

+ Assist in developing and implementing plans to enhance sense of belonging, inclusion and employee satisfaction within the workplace.

+ Collaborate with HR and other departments to gather insights and propose innovative solutions to drive employee experience.

Required experience and skills:

+ A university student in the late stages of your studies, preferably in a field related to Human Resources or Organizational Science.

+ Strong proficiency in English and preferably in Finnish, capable of conducting research and presenting findings in both languages.

+ A basic understanding of HR practices and organizational behavior, with an ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical solutions.

+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Strong analytical and computer skills.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
