Key Responsibilities
· Platform Strategy: Influence decisions related to Dx platform strategy and resource allocation. Support the development of a scalable strategic sales structure that enables effective investment and unlocks market growth opportunities.
· Strategic Market Leadership: Lead the business leaders in developing and executing a unified growth strategy tailored to the Indian healthcare landscape. Closely monitor healthcare economics, market consolidation, and competitive dynamics to shape a long-term vision that enhances platform relevance and market share.
· Performance Excellence & Synergy: Drive improvements in operational effectiveness, efficiency, and customer experience by embedding standard work, leveraging synergies across OpCos, and institutionalizing best practices. Champion execution excellence through strong sales education and disciplined performance management.
· Sales Strategy & Forecasting: Oversee strategic accounts and lead the sales funnel management and forecasting processes. Ensure robust monthly reporting and implement countermeasures to address performance gaps, enabling the business to stay on track and deliver on growth targets.
· External Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the Dx Platform externally with key stakeholders including government agencies, industry bodies, and strategic partners to strengthen market positioning and influence healthcare policy and innovation.
· Regulatory, Governance & Compliance Oversight: Ensure robust governance across all legal entities, maintaining full compliance with Indian regulatory frameworks, tax laws, and labor standards. Partner with legal, finance, and HR teams to proactively manage risk and uphold corporate integrity.
· Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration: Collaborate with regional and global functional leaders to align priorities, share best practices, and drive Group Catalyze Value synergies. Act as a key contributor to regional strategy by providing India market insights and influencing broader platform decisions.
· Culture & Change Leadership: Lead cultural transformation across the India Dx entities, fostering an inclusive, agile, and customer-centric environment. Drive change management initiatives to support strategic shifts and organizational growth.
· Leadership Development & Talent Strategy: Lead and coach team, foster a culture of continuous improvement, customer intimacy, and high performance, while building a strong leadership pipeline across entities.
