**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a crucial role within the Supply Chain function, providing essential service and support to the warehouse operations. This position is vital for maximizing the effectiveness of the organization’s supply chain by ensuring efficient handling of all shipping and receiving tasks.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Assist with the efficient loading and unloading of merchandise and materials from various vehicles, including cars and trucks.
+ Support the packing and unpacking of shipments, which includes processing, scanning, and shelving parts, accurately pulling orders, and performing data entry into inventory control systems.
+ Maintain a consistently clean and safe working environment by performing regular duties such as sweeping and mopping floors.
+ Contribute to general facility maintenance, including light painting, basic carpentry, and minor repairs of tools and equipment.
+ Ensure the upkeep and organization of the stockroom and other storage areas, proactively merging existing stock to optimize space utilization.
+ Execute precise labeling of materials in strict adherence to required procedures and safety standards.
+ Conduct thorough audits of warehouse inventory reports, performing physical checks to guarantee accurate system accounting.
+ Perform order pulling, shrink wrapping products for delivery, and meticulous record-keeping.
+ Operate various warehouse equipment, including sit-down forklifts, reach trucks (Toyota and Raymond), and cherry pickers.
+ Consistently perform heavy lifting of furniture and other materials, up to 50 lbs.
+ Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
+ Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail
+ Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. May require equipment certification for forklifts, aerial lifts, and power pallet jacks.
+ Physical requirements to include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs.
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

The minimum salary for the Warehouse Coordinator position is $50,000 annually [or $24.04 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Warehouse Coordinator position is $52,000 annually [or $25.00 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
