**Accountabilities** ​

+ Assists to implementation of the marketing and sales tactics​

+ Serves as support for operational commercial tasks​

+ Coordinates information and optimizes tasks and functional processes efficiently​

**Responsibilities** ​

+ Act as a support for marketing and field team communications to customers: review/create/approve promotional materials, presentations for HCP events)​

+ Event co-ordination for third party sponsored events, assisting in the planning and logistics around sponsored events, coordinating with vendors/internal customers to ensure the smooth running of the event, provision of assets & deliverables for the events, prepare and track all supporting documentation​

+ Support Contracts creation with vendors and & contracts storage​

+ Input/support input of proper information in company systems​

+ Together with AC explores and identifies possible correlations improving efficiency on shared tasks, ie: Congress, Reps Service Info.​

+ With Commercial Lead identifies administrative needs unifying tasks for all Managers, Mid-managers and rest of staff​

+ Quality checks of the information​

+ Digitally and technically supports activities and staff in the department​

+ Manages the data collection, input and PSP renewal​

+ Offer support to commercial team for various initiatives and projects​

+ Metrics and reporting – proactively managing and producing metrics as an aid to regular reporting e.g. by campaign, by quarter, by channel, invoice reporting etc​

**Qualifications** ​

**Minimum Requirements** ​

+ University degree ​

+ Fluency in local language and English​

+ Advanced MS Office tools knowledge​

+ Previous relevant experience – preferable in marketing support​

+ Experience in working with Finance documentation​

**Preferred Requirements** ​

+ Marketing University degree​

+ Good knowledge of specific terminology in Pharmaceutical Business ​

+ Experience in coordinating teams without hierarchy reporting​

+ Previous experience in a similar role/company​
