**What you will do**

Reporting to the Sales Manager is accountable for:

+ Assist Sales Manager to lead a sales team (private sector) to achieve the sales target and business objectives

+ Conduct training and mentoring for team members to enhance skills and performance

**Key Responsibilities**

+ lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives

+ mentor and coach team members to enhance their sales skills and professional growth, fostering a culture of continuous learning

+ develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with organizational goals and market demand

+ foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders

+ analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions

+ conduct training and mentoring for team members to enhance skills and performance

+ prepare and present sales reports to senior management

+ evaluate team performance through metrics and feedback, making data-driven decisions to optimize results

+ work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives

**What we expect of you**

**Basic Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred

+ 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, demonstrating strong leadership and coaching capabilities

+ Proven track record of managing teams effectively in a fast-paced environment

+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others

**Preferred Requirements**

+ Ability to think critically and develop long-term strategies while motivating the team to achieve short-term goals

+ Strong focus on individual development, understanding team dynamics, and fostering a supportive work environment

+ Comfortable navigating change and challenges within the pharmaceutical landscape
