We are looking for an Apprentice for Buildings Software unit, in Milan within the Smart Infrastructure **Business unit** area who will be trained in **2 years** as **Software Cloud Demo Engineer** for cloud software solutions.
During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the- art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps.

**Your Challenge**
As **Cloud Software Demo Engineer** some of your main activities will be:
+ Provide support in project management for cloud software demo environment.
+ Collaborate with Product Manager, Marketing and Sales excellence to identify and detail demo requirements.
+ Implement requirements in the demo environment so that they can be consumed by sales workforces.
+ Show case the implemented requirements to Product Management and Sales people.
+ Provide technical support by analyze and fix possible issues happening in the demo environment.
+ Advance complex problems to R&D teams when needed.
+ Proactively communicate changes and maintenance activities on demo environment.
**Required entry qualifications:**
+ You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
+ You are fresh graduate or you have a technical academical background in Computer Science
+ Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory in this role.
+ Experience working with APIs (integration, fixing, and data exchange) is a plus.
+ Proficiency in at least one scripting language (preferably Python) for automation and support tasks.
+ Familiarity with building automation or energy systems is a valuable addition (e.g. AHU, Boilers, BESS, PVs, Energy Meter management).
+ Familiarity with building automation standard protocols is a strong plus (e.g., BACnet, Modbus).
+ Initial experience, also non work related, on intranet and cloud environment is highly desirable.
+ Teammate ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work in a changing environment.
+ Passion to never-stop growing
