Position Summary

- Aim to advance cancer diagnosis and improve lives through understanding and implementing our Sales/Marketing Strategies.

– Build relationships with key customers and agents, solve problems, and implement proposal-based sales that meet their needs.

– Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and applications, to provide customers with the right solutions

– Collaborate with related departments such as services and applications to improve customer satisfaction

– 顧客・代理店のキーマンとの関係構築および問題解決・ニーズに合った提案型営業を実施する

– マーケティングやアプリケーションなどの他部門と連携し、お客様に適切なソリューションを提供する

– サービス・アプリケーション等、関連部署と連携して顧客満足度を向上させる

Major Responsibilities

– Planning and reporting of activities in the field by SFDC (Customer Management System)

– Utilize DBS (Post-M&A Structured Operational Improvement Approach) tools to conduct

sales activities.

– Reporting includes Won/Loss information and competitor information inputs

– Qualify leads and create new funnels. Also, do activities to raise the stage of business

negotiations to win business

– Timely and accurate forecast submission of sales and orders

– Present your sales action plan at a sales team meeting

– Participate in daily management meetings to monitor KPI.

+ DBS(M&A後の仕組み的なオペレーション改善アプローチ)のツールを活用して販売活動を行う

+ 報告内容には、Won/Loss情報や競合情報の入力などが含まれます

+ リードをQualifyし新規ファネルを作成する。またビジネスを獲得するための商談ステージを上げる活動をする

+ タイムリーに売上と受注の正確なForecastの提出

+ 営業チーム会議で、自らの営業行動計画をプレゼンテーションする

+ 日次管理会議(Daily management)に参加して、KPIのモニタリングを行う

Skills & Experience

– More than 8 years of sales experience in the medical and life sciences fields

– Experience in the combination of medical devices, physical and chemical equipment,

and consumables businesses

– Experience in the pharmaceutical business

– Agency management, agency sales experience

– 医療分野、ライフサイエンス分野での8年以上の営業経験をお持ちの方

– 医療機器・理化学機器・消耗品事業の組み合わせ経験

– 医薬品事業の経験

– 代理店管理、代理店営業経験
