The Global Marketing Automation Lead is a solution-oriented thinker with a strong attention to detail, an analytical mind and the ability to build and execute marketing automation campaigns with minimal direction. The marketing automation lead will design, build, execute and analyze digital marketing campaigns based on provided cont. The ideal candidate is analytical, energetic and has proven experience working in marketing automation with a strong knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

This position is part of the Global Strategic Marketing team and will be located Mumbai, India.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Builds and manages email campaigns in marketing automation tool Salesforce Marketing Cloud at direction of Global Marketing Team. • The role will have a focus on email and campaign management, delivery/ maintenance of automation campaigns and database management.• Creates landing pages within Adobe Experience manager or marketing automation tool in support of email campaigns.• Track campaign effectiveness through PowerBI dashboards, ROI, KPI analysis, website usage and recommend improvements• Monitor and improve digital campaign metrics; Reach, engagement, enrichment, segmentation• Utilize marketing automation and other operational technologies to support team objectives (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Integrate)• Support implementation and utilization of digital technology projects as required

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role.

+ 2+ years’ experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar marketing automation) platform, managing email marketing campaigns, including tracking and analysis of results

+ Experience managing multiple stakeholders as part of email campaign build, design and execution.

+ Basic HTML skills – editing emails and landing pages.

+ Experience designing and optimizing landing pages.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Experience using a CRM System ( Salesforce Sales Cloud Preferred).

+ Experience with web analytics.

+ Excellent communication and writing skills
