The Marketing Analyst is responsible for executing marketing campaigns that will drive revenue growth in Latam via lead generation in alignment with Beckman Coulter Life Sciences Global strategies. Also it is fully integrated with multi-channel marketing campaigns with an emphasis on utilizing digital channels and event strategies.
This position reports to the Americas Market Development Manager and is part of the Marketing organization located in Brazil and will be a fully remote role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Execute on tactical plans that drive revenue in assigned PRODUCT LINE primarily through lead generation channels;
+ Execute campaign strategies through providing direction on “voice of the customer,” messaging, and ensuring a high-level of content quality for all tactics where appropriate.
+ Engage in continual results tracking all the way through the marketing and sales funnel – from early engagement indicators (e.g. Clicks) and top-of-the-sales-funnel indicators (e.g. lead creation, conversion rate) to sale.
+ Carefully control budget and expenditures, with weekly reports to Marketing Manager.
+ Partner with other stakeholders – Product Managers, Sales, Customer and Technical Support – to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire customer journey and unified messaging across all channels
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, and/or advertising, or an equivalent combination of education/experience;
+ 3-5 years of relevant experience;
+ Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through both leads generation;
+ Budget management experience, including forecasting, tracking expenditures, accruing expenses, processing invoices and negotiating vendor contracts
+ Operates marketing automation systems such as Marketo, Sales Force and DOMO
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
+ Ability to travel – 30% travel, overnight, within territory or locations
