**What you will do:**
+ Provide administrative support Cardiovascular & Inflammation Franchises (sales, marketing, and medical) and Commercial Insight Team to ensure tasks completion and compliant to Amgen policies and SOPs
+ Responsible forprocure-to-pay function for the assigned teams
+ Track expenses for the assigned teams against budget
+ Assistwith project development and planning to ensure efficient execution and organization
+ Assistcommercial teams in implementation of activities and key events

**What we expect of you:**
+ At least 3 years of experience in an administrative support role supporting marketing and sales function
+ Pharmaceutical industry experience will beadvantageous
+ Experience in event management support and related logistical arrangement
+ Experience in vendor management
+ Proficiencyin written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
+ Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
+ Highly competent in organizational and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
+ Possess discretion in dealing with proprietary information
+ 1-year contract with potential for renewal or conversion to full-time employee
