The Product Team Manager is responsible for leading sales results tailored to customer needs through field product marketing and customer demonstrations and realize customer inquiries and requests by supporting product positioning as well as technical seminars.This position reports to the General Manager, Korea and is part of the Procutct Team located in Seoul, Korea and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ deliver impactful demos, trainings, and workshops; translate complex workflows into clear use cases; create localized application materials.
+ identify market needs and competitive trends; execute application‑driven marketing programs; localize messaging; produce technical marketing content.
+ support pipeline development with workflow strategies; act as technical lead in key accounts; train channel partners; contribute to product launch readiness.
+ provide advanced troubleshooting and on‑site failure analysis; collaborate cross‑functionally for issue resolution; ensure consistent customer performance and adoption.
+ represent the Voice of Customer; supply internal teams with updated technical insights; develop internal training modules; contribute data-driven insights to business reviews.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Experience with field application scientist, technical sales of imaging product is preferred
+ High self-motivation and at least 10 years’ working experience in a lab, Biotech or Life Science Instruments company
+ Excellent interpersonal communication skills and team leading experienced preferred
+ Good English written and verbal communication and training/presentation skills
+ Master’s degree or above in Molecular biology or related subject.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Ability to travel about 50% across Korea, including occasional overnight trips.
