**About Smart Infrastructure – Electrification and Automation:**

Siemens Smart Infrastructure, Electrification & Automation (EA) business unit is headquartered in Wendell, NC. The EA Business Unit has a diverse portfolio of products, including, but not limited to, low-voltage MCC, CMR fuse saver, MV switchgear, MV circuit breakers, and metering, power monitoring, power quality, and protective relay maintenance and systems of a standard nature.

**We are looking for a Scheduler / Order Manager. This position will be based in Wendell, NC. Relocation assistance is available.**

We are seeking a Scheduler / Oder Manager for our Electrification and Automation (EA) Business Unit, with a focus on the Protection and Automation Panels line.

* Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support production schedules

**You’ll** ** make an impact by:**

+ Coordinate withAE, PM, CA, CPM, and SYS teams to ensure project schedules support timelyengineering and factory output.

+ Ensure productlines meet budget targets and schedule accuracy.

+ Oversee schedulingof execution tasks, working with Engineering to release productionpackages and bills of materials on time.

+ Handle and processcustomer sales orders through all stages, from order placement todelivery.

+ Confirm factorydelivery dates and provide accurate, transparent, and timely updates tointernal customers.

+ Monitor materialavailability and coordinate deployment to production.

+ Workcollaboratively with all factory departments—including engineering,production managers, production personnel, project managers, contractadministrators, customer project managers, logistics, procurement, and theproduction scheduler—to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

+ Maintain deliveryschedules and report progress, quality, and delivery reliability tomanagement.

+ Create and processproduction orders in SAP, ensuring alignment of delivery and requirementdates through to completion.

+ Coordinate orderchanges with all relevant internal stakeholders.

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field with 1+ years of experience

+ Proficiency in MS Excel

+ Experience in a manufacturing environment

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ 3+ years of experience

+ SAP, SD, and PS module

+ Salesforce.com experience
