The Marketing Associate responsible for executing tactical marketing programs that drive demand generation, clinical engagement, and market expansion for Pall Medical solutions across India and High Growth Markets (HGM). The role translates market insights and competitive intelligence into field marketing initiatives, evidence-generation activities, and customer engagement programs that support commercial growth in the Hospital & Healthcare, and OEM segments.

This position reports to the Marketing Leader – APAC & HGM and is part of the Global Demand Generation Team located in India, working remotely to cover India, Southeast Asia, Middle East & Africa. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

+ Develop and execute localized marketing programs across India and High Growth Markets to generate qualified leads and support commercial growth in the Hospital & Healthcare and OEM segments. Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to assess market conditions, pricing practices, customer needs, and competitor activities in the electrostatic breathing filter and respiratory consumables market.

+ Plan and manage marketing events including CMEs, trade shows, clinical workshops, and distributor sales meetings to strengthen brand awareness and clinical adoption.

+ Partner with Sales and Sales Enablement teams to translate Voice of Customer insights into localized sales tools, clinical evidence content, and case studies that improve commercial effectiveness.

+ Support development of local clinical studies and real-world evidence initiatives in collaboration with Sales Enablement and Regulatory & Compliance teams.

+ Identify, develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospital stakeholders, and OEM partners to expand market presence and support new market creation initiatives.

+ Track campaign performance, marketing-sourced pipeline impact, and ROI through CRM and marketing operations tools while supporting continuous improvement of marketing programs.

Who you are

+ Master’s degree in Life Sciences with experience in healthcare or medical device marketing; or Registered Nurse (RN) with marketing experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.

+ 6+ years of experience in marketing within the medical device, medical equipment, or healthcare technology industry.

+ Demonstrated experience in the Critical Care hospital segment (ICU, OT, anesthesia, emergency care, infection control) and/or OEM/B2B medical device component marketing.

+ Experience planning and executing field marketing initiatives including CMEs, trade shows, clinical workshops, or hospital engagement programs.

+ Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements related to promotional activities and clinical education in healthcare markets.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

+ Ability to travel up to 30% across India and High Growth Markets, including overnight travel, with frequent visits to hospitals, conference venues, and partner locations for field programs, customer meetings, and industry events.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Experience developing or supporting clinical evidence, local clinical studies, or real-world evidence initiatives related to medical devices or hospital consumables.

+ Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and organizing Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs within hospital or critical care environments.

+ Experience supporting OEM partnerships or B2B medical device component marketing, particularly within respiratory care, filtration technologies, or critical care product segments.
