Brightly is seeking a Senior Product Manager within our Asset & Maintenance (A&M) portfolio – a pivotal individual contributor role that offers you the autonomy and influence to act across a range of products
In this high-impact, global position, you will be the strategic force behind our capital planning, modeling, forecasting, and AI-powered decision intelligence solutions tailored for asset lifecycle management. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from helping to define the long-term vision and multi-year roadmap to ensuring successful execution and market adoption. This is more than just product management; it’s an opportunity to elevate our entire offering from a product-centric approach to a powerful, vertical-focused solution that truly resonates with the diverse needs of asset-intensive organizations.
**What you will do**
This role balances strategic thinking with practical delivery. You will contribute to product vision while working closely with teams and customers to turn ideas into solutions.
+ **Strategic Product Leadership:** Define and communicate a multi‑year product strategy for asset lifecycle planning, translating customer, market, and regulatory needs into a clear roadmap while using data and industry insights to guide prioritization and investment decisions.
+ **Product and Market Ownership:** Support product expansion across key markets by adapting solutions to regional needs, crafting the roadmap for intelligent planning capabilities, partnering with Sales and Marketing on positioning and enablement, and contributing to ecosystem strategies that support long‑term growth.
+ **Cross‑Functional Collaboration** : Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, support Client Advisory Boards through concept validation and feedback, and collaborate with Analytics teams to connect planning and performance insights across the platform.
+ **Customer and Market Engagemen** t:
+ Build relationships with customers by engaging directly with users and stakeholders to understand goals and challenges.
+ Represent customer needs in product discussions, including those of asset managers, facilities, public works, and planning teams.
+ Participate in industry events to share how data‑driven and responsible AI approaches support asset planning and resiliency.
**What You Need:**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 7+ years of progressive product management experience, preferably within SaaS, asset management, infrastructure/facilities planning, or closely related fields.
+ Proven track record defining, launching, and iterating on products that deliver measurable results, drive significant product adoption, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
+ Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial and operational data, as well as critically evaluate AI-generated insights (e.g., predictions, confidence levels, trade-offs) to advise on product decisions.
+ Demonstrable experience in leading and influencing cross-functional teams from concept through successful delivery, without direct managerial authority. You can align diverse groups towards a common product vision.
+ Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the U.S. (and occasionally internationally) for onsite client visits, customer-centric events, and industry conferences, as needed.

+ **Exceptional Communication:** Superb written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain complex AI and analytics concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ **Customer-Centric Engagement:** An outstanding client service ethic and comfort engaging confidently with leaders across municipalities, counties, educational institutions, and other public entities.
+ **M&A Integration Experience:** Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions integration, including process/strategy integration, cultural alignment, and building cross-geographical teams.
