MM is responsible for Bone marketing strategy, program development and execution. This role will be led by Head of China Marketing Team to analyze business opportunities and develop strategies and plans to unleash market potential.

**Key Accountabilities:**

Brand/ departmental strategies

Turn market understanding & customer insights into actionable business tactics

Drive for increased communications with HCPs as well as internal stakeholders

Strive for execution excellence

Comply with all relevant company compliance, policies, procedures and work practices

**Key activities:**

Strategic projects implementation

**Patient support programs under NRDL and self-pay**

Strategic/financial/tactical KPI development/tracking.

Analysis of customer brand/competitor performance, as well as contract performance.

Budget /tracking/cross functional collaboration

**Requirements:**

Bachelor or above degree

Central MKT working experience in MNC for 2-3 years or above, experience in self-pay market promotion and PSP a must

Creative thinking

Familiar and fluent with business English
