**We are seeking a Service Product Manager. This position will be located in Raleigh NC.**
We’re seeking a proactive, collaborative individual with a strong technical background and a passion for service excellence to join our team. In this critical role, you’ll define and optimize service offerings and spare parts strategy for our innovative high-power EV chargers. You’ll be the vital link between our cutting-edge R&D and operational service delivery. Your work will directly enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to Heliox’s long-term success.
**You’ll make a difference with:**
+ **Defining Service Offerings:** Define comprehensive service offerings for current and future EV charger models, meeting market, and customer needs based on internal targets.
+ Define and implement the market research strategy.
+ **Strategic Spare Parts Management:** Lead the spare parts strategy across the entire product lifecycle, from design to end-of-life. This involves:
+ Working with R&D to identify and validate critical spare parts.
+ Creating and maintaining detailed spare parts sales books, aligned with Heliox’s revenue and margin targets.
+ Contributing to pricing strategies for service offerings and spare parts.
+ Collaborating with Procurement and Supply Chain on stocking and inventory to ensure parts availability.
+ Perform quarterly review of spare part management and sales and present parts performance to management/leadership.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Act as a key liaison, translating technical requirements and customer feedback across R&D, Service Engineering, Customer Service, Procurement and Sales.
**You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:**
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering **OR** 5+ years of equivalent work experience in a similar role as Product Manager.
+ 3+ years of experience with the following:
+ Strong organization, communication, presentation skills including articulating complex technical information to diverse audiences and translating customer needs into actionable insights.
+ Proactive identification of service challenges and developing effective solutions.
+ Ability to manage multiple deadlines across varying workload.
+ Able to work in a developing, fast-moving environment with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
+ Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
+ Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
+ Ability to travel 10-20% as needed.
+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
+ General knowledge of high-power EV chargers or other complex power electronic equipment.
+ Experience defining product/service offerings and managing their lifecycle.
+ Experience contributing to pricing strategies for service-related products.
+ Familiarity with spare parts management and supply chain collaboration.
+ PMP Certification.
