If so, you may be the next **Senior Director of MarketingCommunications** for **Siemens Mobility North America** . We are
looking for an experienced leader who can bridge strategy and execution, lead
an impactful team across the continent, and support key business initiatives.
In this role, you will lead the regional marketing communications strategy for
Siemens Mobility’s Rail business in North America. You will be responsible for
strengthening market presence, supporting sales growth, and ensuring
consistent, high-impact communications across products, projects, customers,
employees, media, and key partners. This role requires a strategic and hands-on
leader who thrives in a sophisticated, matrixed environment and brings fresh,
digital-first thinking to marketing communications.

**What your day-to-day will look like:**

+ Shape and execute a cohesive regional marketingand communications strategy for North America, fully aligned with globalpriorities and business objectives, acting as a trusted strategic partner toSiemens Mobility North America leadership to drive business impact, salesinitiatives, and execution focus.

+ Build, lead, and motivate a regional team ofaround 10 communications and marketing professionals supporting the Railbusiness, while personally steering complex, high-profile initiatives such asmajor customer events, executive forums, manufacturing site openings, andflagship international trade fairs (e.g. APTA, InnoTrans).

+ Design, deliver, and evaluate integrated,customer- and sales-driven marketing communications campaigns for rail productsand projects, leveraging AI-enabled content creation, data-driven audiencetargeting, digital channels, and performance analytics in close partnershipwith Sales and Business Development.

+ Take end-to-end ownership of key customer-facingand digital touchpoints, continuously enhancing relevance and performanceacross websites, social media, executive profiling, newsletters, productlaunches, customer events, and industry exhibitions.

+ Lead communications for high-visibility railprograms and manufacturing sites, supporting transformation and changeinitiatives as well as operational milestones across internal, external,customer, community, and political stakeholder groups.

+ Define clear success metrics and apply data andanalytics to assess impact, optimize activities, and continuously improve theoverall effectiveness of marketing and communications.

+ Partner closely withSiemens USA on reputation and brand positioning, including coordination onpolitical topics and strategic stakeholder engagement.

**To thrive in this role, you have:**

+ Bachelor’sdegree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, with10–12 years of progressive experience in communications, marketingcommunications, public relations, or a related subject area, includingsenior leadership roles in complex B2B environments (e.g., rail,infrastructure, transportation, or industrial technology).

+ Provensuccess leading integrated communications and marketing strategies acrosslarge, matrixed, global organizations, including crisis communications,executive visibility, strategic counsel, internal communications, mediarelations, and digital marketing (content, social, web, analytics, andperformance measurement).

+ Strongpeople leader with demonstrated experience building, coaching, and leadinghigh-performing teams across geographies and time zones, both directly andindirectly.

+ Exceptionalproject management, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, withthe ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate change, solveproblems, and partner effectively with Sales, Business Development,Government Affairs, and senior business leaders.

+ Experienceusing AI-enabled marketing communications tools and approaches is a plus;willingness to travel up to 30%.
