**A Snapshot of Your Day**
**In this role, you will manage transportation strategies and execution for large-scale domestic and international power plant projects. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Project Management teams to define logistics plans, evaluate carrier solutions, and ensure cost-effective delivery. Your day will include developing transportation estimates, monitoring logistics market trends, and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support knowledge sharing across the team.**
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
+ **Develop and execute transportation strategies for domestic and international power plant projects** **• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define logistics scope and support project proposals** **• Evaluate and select transportation providers to ensure cost-effective and reliable delivery solutions** **• Provide transportation cost estimates based on project scope, schedules, and sourcing requirements** **• Oversee transportation execution to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and timelines** **• Drive continuous improvement and support logistics knowledge sharing across the organization**
**What You Bring**
+ **Bachelor’s degree preferred** **• 8+ years of experience in logistics and transportation within EPC, power generation, or project forwarding environments** **• Strong knowledge of international logistics regulations, Incoterms, transportation documentation, and maritime terms; experience with SAP and Microsoft Office tools** **• Demonstrated expertise in complex, heavy haul transportation and project logistics execution within global environments** **• Additional strengths include bilingual communication (Spanish/English), attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to collaborate effectively across teams**
