As an intern with the **Electrification and Automation (EA)** division of **Siemens Smart Infrastructure** , you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting power distribution systems that keep the world running today, while also being exposed to our Future Grids technologies that are shaping the power systems of tomorrow – all within a collaborative, impact-driven environment.

**We are seeking qualified candidates to join our Customer Service Training Internship beginning in May or June 2027. This position will be based at our Raleigh, North Carolina office location.**

**You’ll make an impact by:**

+ Developing AI-generated training content using the Synthesia platform to support Customer Portal adoption and SieOps process training.

+ Converting knowledge articles, process documentation, and work instructions into training videos, learning paths, assessments, and supporting materials.

+ Collaborating with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to capture requirements, validate content, and improve training effectiveness.

+ Creating and maintaining standardized templates, training assets, and knowledge management frameworks.

+ Supporting training content governance, content libraries, and continuous improvement initiatives that promote scalable knowledge transfer across the organization.

**You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:**

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Project Management, or a related field and approaching completion of the required educational credentials for this opportunity.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.

+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.

+ Comfortable learning new technologies and digital tools, including AI-based applications.

+ Ability to work on-site full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the 12-week summer internship.

+ Eligible candidates must be located within 50 miles of Raleigh, NC, as this role does not provide relocation support.

+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

+ This internship is a structured experiential learning program for individuals currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program who will continue their studies following the assignment. Current and continuing enrollment is a condition of participation. Applicants who have completed or expect to complete their educational program before or during the assignment period are encouraged to explore our Early Career Development Program opportunities.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Interest in AI, digital learning, training development, change management, business process improvement, or digital transformation.

+ Experience creating presentations, training materials, videos, or instructional content.

+ Familiarity with video editing, content creation tools, or learning management systems.

+ Experience working on team projects in a professional, academic, or extracurricular setting.

+ Interest in customer service operations or knowledge management.
