Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
PLM/PDM System Management – Enovia/ Windchill
+ Oversee the configuration, administration, and maintenance of the PLM and PDM systems.
+ Collaborate with vendors to implement upgrades, patches, and new functionalities.
+ Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Windchill/Enovia.
Business Process Optimization:
+ Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance product development efficiency.
Reporting and Analytics:
+ Develop and maintain reporting and analytics capabilities within PLM/PDM systems.
+ Provide insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
Vendor Management:
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with PLM/PDM software vendors.
+ Evaluate vendor solutions, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor performance.
Integration and Data Management:
+ Lead efforts to integrate PLM/PDM systems with other enterprise applications.
+ Manage data migration, transformation, and data quality initiatives within the PLM/PDM environment.
Compliance and Security:
+ Ensure PLM/PDM systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
+ Implement security measures to protect sensitive product data.
Collaborate with various teams to drive digital transformation initiatives and streamline complex Engineering tools platforms aligning with Product vision and roadmap.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ 12-16 years of experience in Enovia or Windchill software.
+ Leadership capabilities which include Line Management/ Application management experiences.
+ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business teams and key stakeholders. Experience in developing PLM strategies and plans
+ Experience in Upgrade methodology and process and roll- out the implementation for tools like Product data management tools like Enovia or Windchill
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Exposure to CAD tools like Inventor/CREO/SW/CATIA
