**MISSION PURPOSE**

**Support the affiliate transformation**

•Lead, coordination and implementation of the affiliate Horizon scanning.

•Recommendation for strategic orientation and implementation of national and international projects

•Coordinate the documentation of all affiliate key processes ( FFF activities, DoEs, HRs

Orchestrate the affiliate Governance

•Agendas, preparation of topics and follow-up

•Coordinate business processes

•Coordination and participation in budget reviews and business review

**Support the BUs and track their ITM / MS performance**

•Harmonize business processes across the BUs

•Develop a common platform for KPIs and Performance analysis

•development in line with the affiliate strategy

•Implement and control the SIP Process for Reps and KAMs

Build the new capabilities ( digital, STP, Marketing)

•Digitalization and new ways on interactions

•MC/OC campaign implementation

•Lead Marketing community forum

•Coordinate the needed training for FF teams

**Business development**

•Explore and lead business development projects ( Localization, Co-promotion…)

•Review distributors relationship

**MAIN ACTIVITIES**

Part of the LT, strong management experience to manage a diverse expertise’s functions and high leadership skills and charism to embark BUs and transversal departments

Well connected to eco-system with commercial and analytics skills

Technical/Scientific Skills:

•Management of complex projects- Internal consulting and functional management

•Ability to analyze and synthesize data, create tools and dashboards

•Ability to communicate clearly and build targeted communication materials

•Ideally fluent in English to collaborate with regional and global teams

•Knowledge of new technologies and digital (health innovation)Skills
