We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Quality Engineer** with a strong focus on Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) to join our manufacturing team at our Breaker plant in **Grand Prairie, Texas** . This role is critical in ensuring the highest quality standards for our products by meticulously investigating customer nonconformances, identifying underlying issues, and implementing robust, sustainable corrective actions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, a keen analytical mind, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
**You will make an impact by:**
+ Drive investigation of customer nonconformances and lead Root Cause Corrective Actions using structured 8D problem-solving methodology.
+ Act as a primary point of contact for technical quality discussions related to customer nonconformances, providing timely updates and detailed reports on investigations and corrective actions.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain) to develop, implement, and verify effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) that address the root cause of nonconformances.
+ Identify and champion opportunities for process and product quality improvements based on RCA findings, contributing to the reduction of defects and enhancement of overall product reliability.
+ Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of corrective actions, and report on key quality metrics to management.
+ Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all nonconformance investigations, root cause analyses, corrective actions, and verification activities in accordance with internal procedures and industry standards.
+ Participate in internal and external quality audits, providing expertise on nonconformance management and corrective action processes.
+ Provide guidance and training to manufacturing personnel on quality principles, problem-solving techniques, and best practices for preventing defects.
+ Ensure all quality activities comply with relevant ISO and UL industry standards as well as customer-specific requirements.

**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
+ 5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment, with a significant focus on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
+ Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
+ Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and influence stakeholders at all levels.
+ Legally authorized to work in the United States in a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
