The Service Coordinator is responsible for sustaining customer satisfaction through a high quality of service administration (Back-office management: order management, logistics, invoicing) and follow up of all requests linked to Service. Improvement is Cepheid’s DNA which means for our collaborator’s opportunities for learning, project handling and evolution in their role and/or position.

This position is part of the Customer Care branch and Service Coordination department and will be in Ivory Coast. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Collaborate with diverse teams in an international environment to foster effective work relationship.

+ Enter and manage service requests from quotation to delivery into the service management’s software. Ensure smooth service delivery and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.

+ Manage invoicing, issue of credit notes, and return of goods.

+ Dispatch work orders for Field Engineers.

+ Identify, develop, innovate and implement improvements to service processes and procedures.

+ Adhere to Quality Management System procedures and team objectives (KPI follow up…)

+ Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Education or Experience (in years):

• Bachelor (Bac + 3) / 2-3 years of experience

Knowledge and skills:

+ Native / Fluent French speaker

+ Fluent English (written and oral) is required.

+ International trade rules knowledge (incoterm, custom…)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Good management of priorities

+ Thorough and methodical

+ Procedures handling and follow up

+ Comfortable with ERP use (SAP, SFDC, office pack…)

+ Flexible
