Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.
This position is part of the APAC Diagnostics and Genomics team located in Mumbai or Hyderabad, India and will be fully remote with regular travel to customer sites in India. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Accountable to achieve the goals of downstream modality – Diagnostics and Genomics portfolio in India
+ Develop product portfolio strategy and initiatives and work with the sales team to drive the funnel, order, and sales growth
+ Continuously explore and develop a network of key opinion leaders within Diagnostics and Single-cell markets
+ Track and communicate market trends to/from the field including competitor data, and develop and lead effective counter-strategies
+ Conduct the best practices sharing in the regional and APAC growth room
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or relevant field
+ Minimum 3 years of product management experience in a diagnostics, life science, medical, and healthcare-related field
+ This position will require traveling within your specified geographic region and globally to participate in trainings, meetings, and key projects
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Knowledge of immunodiagnostic and molecular diagnostic assay or Next Generation Sequencing workflows across multiple platforms
+ MBA degree or equivalent is preferred
